3rd MAPA Golf get together Danau GC (UKM) 15th July 2009

Dear All,

The 3rd golf game was held in Danau GC and it was almost crazy playing there. Capt Megat Abd had requested the venue, ironically he was not able to attend the game. We had a record turnout of 29 golfers that morning including Dato' Fareh and Dominic Henry from Air Asia.

Most of the players were saying getting to the greens was one thing but trying to putt? Well that is a different story all together. Everyone had their fair share of 3 and 4 putts except for some power pro golfers...hehehe they know who they are???

Anyway, the best gross went to Johanuddin who shot a 82 (pro golfer or what?) followed by Aziz Rahmat and Ariffin Arshad both shot 83 (what am I telling you...) then comes Ammirul with a 87 and the rest were in the 90s 100s or more...

The best nett scores were Luke Ovinis (+3), Sean Mutalib (+3) and Zul Noah (+5). Meanwhile, Ammirul leads the Joburg points at 5,100 pts with a special mention of Aminullah aka Brandon finally making it into the points...well done there. So I hope the rest will follow suit...
