MAPA GOLF: MAPA wins AERO CUP 2011

Finally after the 3rd edition of the Aero Cup, the MAPA Golf team won the coveted cup with a convincing win. This time around we were better organised and worked together as a team to give Team Air Asia a run for their money. It was a shotgun tee off and the format was on total gross score of 24 players. The weather was nice throughout before the eventual thunderstorm, but everyone got in just in time. This year's edition saw a potpourri of players, with golfers coming from Indonesia, Thailand, Japan and also few french ladies too. It was a great event again this time around, with the main objective of fostering good ties with our partner airline Air Asia. The golf was fought hard but under friendly conditions. In winning, we must be gracious and thank our opponents for making this year's Aero Cup a momentous affair.
